WordPress is touted as being the most popular content management system (CMS) for good reason; it is. And it is so popular for good reason; it is an awesome way of creating websites and blogs – but that is just the start.

Combine WordPress with some premium plugins (yes, I’m talking about paid ones not all the freebies that slow down your website and clutter everything up unnecessarily) and a premium theme and you are on your way to something you can be proud of and which will help your business in many ways.

You know that “Quick Install” option in your hosts “Dashboard” or admin area? Yep; The one that tells you that you can have your website up and running in 5 minutes or less? Well, I am going to shatter some dreams here because, quite frankly, it is misleading…

There are many things you should do BEFORE installing WordPress and countless things to do AFTER installing WordPress.
